Lost all my money and progress!

I spent a lot of time and real money into my character, my game crashed while I was playing and now, I no longer have my character. I tried to reinstall the game and sign in; yet still, all my progress - lost.
I emailed support, yet I still have not gotten a response.

I do not think its worth playing if all the money you spent, all the time you spent building your character could inevitably be lost at a moments notice.
With no help from support... not even a response, is like them saying, "Yeah, we took your money and we dont care if you get **cked." ...needless to say, its a big scam.

Therefore, its not a good game to play, simply put. Dont waste your time and money like I did.
